The Coaching Club is a group of individuals who desire to make long lasting change in their life for the better! Each client is assigned a coach (a coach is a person who gives instruction or direction) whose job is to guide you to a level of accelerated performance in the areas of your life. We call this GAP Coaching (Guided Accelerated Performance Coaching).
At Resolution Results, we take performance coaching very seriously and believe that in order to excel in a particular area of your life, you’ve got to have forward movement in ALL areas of your life.
How does it work?
Whether you are a member of the Coaching Club or the upgraded Premier Coaching Club, we always start off by determining your strengths. This way, we can encourage you to meet your goals by using the abilities and talents you’re already good at!
Then we help you discover your values---what’s really important to you. Once your values are determined, we can begin the process of writing goals.
There are two Coaching Club levels available:
- The Coaching Club – In the Coaching Club, you get the following benefits:
*One (1) ½ hour coaching call each month with a Resolution Results Performance E-Coach.
*The ability to correspond with your E-Coach via e-mail once a week.
*Access to Goal Tracker on the web where you can monitor and check the progress of your action steps and goals.
*A copy of Tom Rath’s Strengths Finder 2.0 to use for your strengths assessment.
*A copy of the quarterly newsletter, Simply Results.
*A weekly Power Boost – motivation for the beginning of the week delivered to your e-mail or cell phone.
*Access to a monthly Webinar on various specialized topics.
*Become a member of the Referral Directory (other Coaching Club members who subscribe to a strict code of conduct in business).
*Discounted fees for attendance of any local Resolution Results events

2) Premier Coaching Club – In the Premier Coaching Club, you get all of the benefits listed above and
*instead of a ½ hour live coaching session, you will get a 1-hour coaching session and unlimited access to your coach via e-mail.
*A yearly business assessment and business plan
*Access to all local Resolution Results events at no cost.
